Mr. Buchanan is Board President and co-founded with his wife, Dr. Mary Rotzien, of The Child S.H.A.R.E. Program which has found over 3,000 homes for foster children in Southern California. He has served as an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and has served as an officer of the parent’s support group of Flintridge Preparatory School.
